Path is a journaling app, not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and not a crisis service. AI output may be wrong. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
You own your content. You give us permission to use it as needed to operate and improve Path.
Don't misuse Path, break the law with it, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or end your access at any time.
Path is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Path is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.
California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts in California.
These terms are between you and Path, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for Path and may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Path means you accept them. This version is effective October 5, 2026.
