This policy covers consumer health data under laws like Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
Health-related onboarding answers (such as sleep, diet, activity, and mental health), anything health-related you write or say in Path, and content Path generates from it.
You, and Path features that generate content from what you share.
To provide and personalize Path, keep it secure, and comply with the law.
Supabase (hosting), OpenAI (AI features), and others when required by law. We do not sell consumer health data.
You can ask to access or delete your consumer health data, or to see who we've shared it with, by emailing alvin@pathjournal.app. You can also delete your account in the app. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
We may update this policy. This version is effective October 5, 2026.
