Path is private by default. Your journal is encrypted the moment it leaves your phone, and protecting it is a top priority for our team.
Your data is yours, and you can delete it at any time.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is tightly restricted.
Your account details, what you write or say in Path, content Path generates for you, your friend connections, and basic device, usage, and crash data.
To run, personalize, secure, and improve Path, and to comply with the law.
Service providers that help run Path, including Supabase (hosting), OpenAI (AI features), PostHog and Sentry (analytics and crash reports), and Apple or Google (sign-in).
Friends you connect with can see your first name and your compatibility score.
Others when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a merger or sale of Path.
Health-related information is also covered by our Consumer Health Data Policy at pathjournal.app/consumer-health.
You can delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Email us to make a request.
We keep your information until you delete your account, except where we must keep it longer by law.
Path is not for anyone under 16.
